HOW TO CONTRACT MIDEGO
For USAID Client, MIDEGO is member of a number of Indefinite Quantity Contracts (IQC):
MIDEGO is member of MSH consortium of TASC 3 IQC
MIDEGO is member of the PATH consortium of AIDSTAR IQC
For all other government clients:
MIDEGO is also certified by the US Small Business Administration as an 8(a) small
business and participant in the government’s small business development program.
As participant in this program, MIDEGO can be contracted as a sole source contractor
for procurements of up to 3 million. MIDEGO can also participate in 8(a) set aside
bids for up 5 million. To find out more about the 8(a) program and how to contract

Here is how government clients can access our services. You need to prepare and send your contracting officer a letter that contains the following information:
- a. MIDEGO, through its own efforts, has marketed the requirement and caused it to be for the 8(a) small business development program, or whether
- b. The acquisition is a follow-on or renewal contract and MIDEGO is the incumbent Contract Execution. The contracting officer at your agency may make direct award of a contract to MIDEGO, the 8(a) SBA participant, but only after the requirement has been offered to and accepted by the SBA.
