Nalini Khanna, Finance and Administration Team Leader
At MIDEGO, Nalini is working with her team and specialized consultants to set-up and execute sustainable business operations. These include Financial, Information Technology, and Personnel systems that support Midego’s global business needs.
Nalini earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Science from George Mason University. Nalini started her career in Information Technology where she developed databases for personnel management. These databases were quite extensive, retaining information on army reserves and providing information needed for deployment. She worked in all phases of the development life cycle, from identifying requirements through testing and deployment, providing training, and supporting maintenance to ensure these systems could be used successfully. Nalini then expanded her career into finance and administration. She has worked on processes for invoicing, billing, bank reconciliation, journal entries and budgeting. She has initiated and managed projects to troubleshoot and solve financial problems, including those involving collection problems and complex royalty agreements. Nalini has also led non-profit organizations and successfully delivered service initiatives for the benefit of those in need. This work sparked her interest socially responsible business.
At MIDEGO, Nalini found a terrific opportunity to work with world-class experts to help the global community deliver effective health care. Like Dr. Elvira Beracochea, MIDEGO’s founder, Nalini also strives to improve the health of each and every person by analyzing and solving healthcare financing and administrative problems. Nalini is committed to bring her expertise into communities to solve problems within the local social, economic, and technological framework.
